Algorithms for Analysis of Television and Thermal Images in Special Purpose Video Devices and Systems

Abstract: Results of the research project «Development of algorithms and program models for the analysis of television and thermal images» (code VC 200.16.13) are presented. The known methods and algorithms for television and thermal imaging video processing were analyzed and new ones that will allow to create more effective devices and systems for special purposes were offered.
Key words: image, thermal imager, filtration, contour, objects comparing, real-time systems.
